TKC Job Placement is an upcoming career development and placement platform designed to connect trained Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) candidates with childcare centres, preschools and other organisations across the industry.

Our goal is to prepare skilled, competent and work-ready ECCE professionals through structured learning, practical training and industry exposure.

What We Do

Training Before Placement

TKC believes that effective job placement begins with proper training and practical experience.

Candidates will undergo a structured development process before being matched with suitable employers. This ensures that employers receive trained candidates who understand children’s needs, centre operations and play-based learning practices.

Job placement will begin after the commencement and completion of the relevant Microcredential training pathway.

Learning Pathway for SPM Graduates

SPM graduates and individuals without prior experience who are interested in joining the ECCE industry may enrol in TKC’s Certificate or Diploma learning pathway.

The Diploma pathway is planned for two years and six months, combining theoretical learning, practical skills and industry exposure to prepare candidates for careers in childcare and early childhood education.

Placement opportunities will be available throughout Malaysia. International placements may also be considered based on employer demand and available opportunities.

Microcredential Inclusive Play

The Microcredential Inclusive Play (Play-Based Learning) pathway is designed for candidates who have completed or are currently pursuing relevant theoretical studies at Diploma or Degree level through public or private higher education institutions.

Candidates will complete six months of practical training at childcare centres or preschools operated by TKC Education Group.

During the practical training, candidates will:

Work directly with children
Learn how to manage children safely and appropriately
Apply inclusive play and play-based learning methods
Support daily classroom and centre activities
Gain practical experience in childcare and preschool operations
Develop communication, teamwork and professional skills
